largest resellers of secondary market Dell Servers and other high-end IT products. We are currently expanding
our operations and are recruiting for the positions below. Candidates must be highly conscientious, trustworthy and detail

| * Everest Software (DB/ERP/CRM) Administrator * |
This is a database and software support position for company selling computer hardware and services for This Old Store Inc.
Candidate will be responsible for helping to develop as well as support Everest Software integration and maintenance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Help implement/integrate Everest Software ERP Solution
- Implement Everest Software eStoreFront www and ecommerce solution
- Maintain Everest Software Solution installation
- Customize Everest Software look, feel, forms, reports, website, etc.
- Maintain This Old Store inventory items using Everest Software
- Manage Daily workflow/production shipping/receiving using Everest Software
- Act as "quarterback" using Everest software for sales, production, receiving, management, etc.
- Manage TOS website look & feel, product listings, search engine optimization, etc.
- Help drive marketing emails and eBay listings from Everest Software
Qualifications:
- Direct hands-on Everest Software implementation or development experience extremely helpful
- Direct hands-on Everest Software administration (technical) experience
- Direct ERP solution implementation experience for small business
- SQL, Database, Software Development experience
- Small business Inventory Management/fulfillment experience
- Web Design/Optimization and/or online Marketing experience
- IT Related Technical Degree, Experience and/or Certifications
Salary: Negotiable commensurate with experience
Time Frame: Immediate / Full Time
Requires eventual relocation to Florida; initial implementation may be done remotely.
Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year College or university preferred

| * Customer Service / Sales Representaive * |
This is an entry level inside sales/support position for computer hardware and services for This Old Store, Inc.
Candidate will be responsible for helping to support end user sales team in facilitating the sale and purchase of
hardware from various accounts. Candidate will be expected to move to full time sales position in 6-9 months.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Duties other than those specified may be assigned.
- Manages facilitation of orders process from Sales Department to Operations
- Helps to perfect sales orders and solve any issues arising out of customer order
- Compiles list of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information via telephone, Internet Web sites, and other sources
- Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database
- Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries
- Supports existing clients on any technical issues and helps coordinate Operations involvement of any solution
- Actively gain new accounts and partner with End-user Sales Representatives to meet/exceed gross profit and margin goals and other sales metrics.
- Maneuvers and manages databases and resources on computer
- Maintains files, collects monies owed, and monitors payable/receivable status
- Works with customers on an ongoing basis fulfilling both a need to purchase and sell equipment
Qualifications:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Strong work ethic and self-management principles
- Mid-range computer product knowledge is mandatory, and candidate must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office products
- Candidate must have pleasant phone voice, be comfortable speaking with clients, and have ability to build customer relationships
- Experience with the user of the internet as a prospecting tool a plus
- Ability to learn the technical aspects of our products and solutions
- Previous sales experience desired but not mandatory
- Employee is frequently required to lift up to 10 pounds, and may be required to occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds
Salary: Starting salary of $25,000-$30,000 with representative to move to full commission in 6-9 months with salary expectations of $50,000+
